Funding project: Automation CNC manufacturing

The funded project includes the investment in a new CNC machining center with 5 side machining with an automation interface. Investments were also made in an automation solution with fully automatic loading of raw materials or pallets. In order to properly operate the automated CNC machining center, additional investments such as a postprocessor including the latest CAM version, tools and tool holders are necessary. Investments were also made in a new tool presetting device with the ability to send data from the tool presetting device to the CNC machining center.

CNC coordinate measuring machine

Quality control is carried out in-house and not at the customer’s!
According to this, our mission statement, we have decided to expand our QA department with a Hexagon CNC coordinate measuring machine.

Mori Seiki NLX2500

As a competent partner for our customers, we always strive to keep our machinery up to date with the latest technology. That is why we decided on a new Moris Seiki NLX 2500 CNC lathe, which was successfully installed in April 2018. Our machine is equipped with driven tools and a Y-axis.

DMU75 monoBlock

Once again we have opted for a CNC machining center from DMG Mori.
We are pleased to inform you about our new DMU75 monoBlock. This is now the fifth CNC milling machine from DMG and the third DMU75 monoBlock in our company. Status October 2018

New milling center since September 2016

We have expanded our milling capacity with a milling center from DMG Mori.
At the beginning of September, our new DMU75 monoBlock was put into operation to increase our capacity in the area of ​​5-axis machining.

After a smooth installation, the new machine was immediately integrated into our company in order to manufacture our customers’ sometimes complex workpieces.
