Coating technology

Thermal spraying generated surfaces with unique physical characteristics, such as it is only possible through the use of a thermal spraying process. The variety of products and layers, which can be enhanced, are practically unlimited.

The coatings are usually ceramic, carbides or composite components to meet specific requirements.

Laser cutting

“Everything from one source” is often a criterion in our fast-paced time. To ensure these requirements, we have invested in a laser cutting machine.

With our 4.4 kW laser we can laser cut thicknesses up to 12 mm in steel, aluminum and stainless steel quickly and inexpensively.

As a further advantage of our company, we are able to offer laser cut products with additional milling.

In addition to the machines mentioned, we offer:

– chemical mechanical deburring in our company
– wire cutting and die sinking with partners
– vacuum hardening, case-hardening etc. with partners

Surface grinding

As a complete provider in the contract manufacturing, we also have a range of surface grinders .

CNC turning

On account of our cnc turning machines we are able to produce individual parts, prototypes and serial production.

By means of latest control systems and programming enable us to realize complicated requirements of our customers in a cost effective and reliable way.
